What our work costs
Every project gets a fixed quote before any work starts, written around what you need. These are the figures our quotes start from, so you can see where yours is likely to begin.
Figures are at our launch rate, for subscriptions and projects that start by 31 December 2027, with the full rate beside each. Prices are in euros and pounds, and you can pay in either. VAT or IVA is added where it applies.
Studio subscription
Ongoing work on your website, software or both, on priorities we agree together. The minimum is three months, and you can give a month's notice at any time from the start of your third month. Unused hours carry over for one month.
16 hours, spread across the month however suits you. Full rate €3,200or £2,800.
24 hours, spread across the month however suits you. Full rate €4,800or £4,200.
32 hours, spread across the month however suits you. Full rate €6,400or £5,600.
40 hours, spread across the month however suits you. Full rate €8,000or £7,000.
Custom websites
Websites designed and built from scratch for your business, on hosting in your name.
A fixed quote, paid half at the start and half at launch. Full rate from €10,000or £8,750.
Tools built into your site, such as file transfers or booking calendars that stay in step with other platforms.
Hosting, monitoring, updates and regular reports, depending on the size of the site. It starts when the site goes live, and you can cancel at any time.
Custom software
Software built around the way your business works, from a single tool to a system your team uses every day.
A fixed quote once we know what it needs to do, paid half at the start and half at launch. Full rate from €10,000or £8,750.
Studio time
For work outside a fixed quote or a subscription.
Changes and additions to a website or software we've built for you, and anything ad hoc. Full rate €200or £175.
Fixes and improvements to a Squarespace, Wix or WordPress site. A block of hours at the studio rate, or a fixed price agreed before work starts.
Reviews and coaching
Fixed prices for set pieces of work.
A review of an app or website built with an AI tool before customers use it, with a written report in five working days.
Four 90-minute sessions, one to one, building your own website or web app.
